TASTING NOTE: Green in colour. Notes of green pear, Granny Smith apples, lime and grapefruit are all evident on the nose. Fresh minerality on the palate with a biscuit finish.

ABOUT THE OLD VINE
Old vines are a phenomenon that has captured the attention of the global wine world. Wines that are made from old vines are a tribute to the grower’s love of his or her land. They exist because of the people who touched and tended them over many years. In South Africa, producers can certify old vine vineyards and wines with the Old Vine Project (OVP).
The Vineyard Collection Cap Classique Chenin Blanc is created from grapes of a Certified Heritage Vineyard planted in 1977 in the Paarl area. It is one of very few certified chenin bubblies.
