DATE NIGHT AT STEEN

Join us for a Date Night at STEEN held on the last Friday of every month at the Home of Chenin Blanc.

Enjoy a relaxed evening with a delicious starter to share,  Smash Burgers OR Pizzas (this will be alternated monthly), and a decadent dessert to share! All for only R350 per couple!

An evening in the cellar with the winemaker, great food and award-winning wines. 

2 October | R695/person

  • ARRIVAL CANAPÉ – Toasted Bruschetta, Grilled Ciabatta rubbed with Extra-Virgin Olive oil, fresh tomatoes and basil, Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc Cap Classique
  • WELCOME BREAD – Artisanal Sourdough accompanied by an assorted butter platter
  • STARTER – Crispy Asparagus & Parmesan, Local asparagus, lemon crème fraîche, toasted panko & herb oil, Dry Land Collection Rossouw’s Heritage
  • INTERMEDIATE COURSE – Cape Hake, Crispy hake, crushed potato, pickled cucumber, caper mayonnaise & lemon, Endura Single Vineyard Chenin Blanc
  • MAIN COURSE – Paarl Beef, Grilled beef fillet, creamy potato pavé, roasted Portobello mushroom, red wine jus & horseradish cream, Dry Land Collection Syrah

Taste, blend and craft your very own unique wine from our finest collections.

Ever wondered how it feels to be a Winemaker? Then join us for one of the most unique experiences at Perdeberg! We’ll set you up with a selection of red wines and the equipment you need. From there, it’s over to you – tasting, adjusting, blending and experimenting until you’ve created a wine that works for you. When you’re done, we bottle it up for you to take home.

It’s part experiment, part bragging rights, and always a lot of fun.
