Perdeberg utilises its special country charm as a winery in the Agter-Paarl area to host a selection of family-friendly events and activities. This includes the annual Family Festival and Celebrate! Chenin Blanc Festival, as well as activities like cycling and fun walks.
Get your purple and white outfits ready, round up some friends and don’t miss the annual Pinotage & Biltong Festival at Perdeberg! Experience some of South Africa’s top producers of Pinotage who will offer around 30 of their wines for tasting and for sale ranging from the traditional red variant to Rosé’s, bubblies, dessert wines and even white Pinotage!
Each winery will also have one Pinotage paired with a Biltong portion to match, courtesy of Afrifoods, which is included in the ticket price.
Food trucks, an on-site restaurant, live music, Perdeberg’s own craft beer range and a kiddies play area offer the perfect day out for the whole family in the Winelands.

Chenin Blanc has made huge strides in quality and popularity over the last few years, with a passionate group of producers aiming for the stars!
The Celebrate Chenin! Festival, presented by Perdeberg Wines will share this passion with wine lovers, showing off styles from serious barrel fermented whites, easy-drinking fruity summer wine right up to Methóde Cap Classique bubblies and incredible dessert wines.
Approximately twenty wineries will offer their wines for tasting and for sale directly to visitors. Food Trucks and live music will round off the experience.
