TASTING NOTE: The Quagga Weiss is brewed using a combination of Pale Malt and Wheat Malt together with the addition of aroma hops in the boil. Together with a specific yeast strain and a high fermentation temperature of 23.5 C, a fruity Weiss with banana, pear, bubbelgum and subtle clove and spicy notes gets produced. The beer has a fair amount of carbonation that makes it a very refreshing beer with an alcohol content of 4.5% by volume.
SERVING: Serve at 5 C. Keep refrigerated.
